A storage bin is 1/3 full of grain. After 100 kg of grain are added, the bin is 1/2 full. How much can the bin hold?
Answer:
600 kg .......... 1/2 - 1/3 = 100 ......... or 3/6 - 2/6 = 100 ........... so 1/6 = 100 kg.
